Roles & Responsibilities

� Hiring Now | Emirati Employee Relations Officer (UAE National) – 6 Months Project

A leading government organization in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Emirati Employee Relations Officer to join their team on a 6-month project basis.

� Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

� Contract Duration: 6 Months

� Experience Required: 2–4 Years

� UAE National Candidates Only

Job Purpose: The Employee Relations Officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative and operational matters related to UAE National employees from onboarding until end of service. The role requires strong coordination skills and close communication with internal departments to ensure smooth employee support and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on employee administrative processes from joining to exit

  • Coordinate employee access requirements including ID cards, system access, and passes

  • Maintain employee files and ensure records are updated accurately

  • Support onboarding and employee integration activities

  • Coordinate with HR, IT, Security, and Facilities departments

  • Handle employee requests and HR operational support

  • Monitor transfers, leave, and end-of-service processes

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Pension regulations and related documentation


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements: ✔ UAE National (Mandatory) ✔ 2–4 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or Administration ✔ Good knowledge of UAE Pension Law and HR operations ✔ Strong communication and coordination skills ✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and employee requests efficiently ✔ Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented personality Interested candidates may share their updated CV to apply.
