Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive loyalty strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Oversee the operational efficiency of loyalty programmes across all platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of loyalty initiatives.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and optimise loyalty offerings.
