Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for website enhancements and releases.

  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and regression testing to ensure system stability and functionality.

  • Coordinate defect management, track issues, and work with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.

  • Manage business validation and sign-off after successful completion of testing cycles.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

  • Prepare functional specifications and user stories to support development teams.

  • Ensure system changes align with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Requirements:

    • Strong experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation.

    • Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.

    • Understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

    • Knowledge of website and digital platform environments.

    • Familiarity with SQL/Oracle databases and basic technical troubleshooting.

    • Basic knowledge of programming or web technologies such as Java, HTML, JavaScript, or CSS is an advantage.

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Qualifications:

    • At least 5 years of experience in UAT Testing and Business Analysis, preferably in website or digital platform projects.
