Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Design clean, modern, and responsive UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch).
  • Collaborate with UX researchers and developers to ensure designs are functional and user-centric.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency.
  • Conduct UI audits and suggest improvements for existing products.
  • Ensure designs follow accessibility (WCAG) and best practices.
  • Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback.
  • Work in an Agile environment with flexible hours (part-time).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of UI/visual design experience (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (Figma preferred).
  • Basic understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and prototyping.
  • Knowledge of design systems, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
  • Nice to have: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or motion design skills (Lottie/After Effects).
