Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design clean, modern, and responsive UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch).
- Collaborate with UX researchers and developers to ensure designs are functional and user-centric.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency.
- Conduct UI audits and suggest improvements for existing products.
- Ensure designs follow accessibility (WCAG) and best practices.
- Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback.
- Work in an Agile environment with flexible hours (part-time).
Requirements
- 2+ years of UI/visual design experience (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (Figma preferred).
- Basic understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and prototyping.
- Knowledge of design systems, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
- Nice to have: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or motion design skills (Lottie/After Effects).
