Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and oversee end-to-end user experience design for digital products.
Develop and implement UX strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage creative projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
Conduct competitive research and analysis to inform design decisions.
Define customer journeys, personas, and user flows to guide product design.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of design initiatives.
Maintain consistency of brand positioning and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
Proven experience in leading UX/UI projects and teams.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, research, and high-fidelity design work.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Experience in [specific industry or product type, e.g., fintech, e-commerce].
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
Proven experience leading and managing a design team, demonstrating strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and user research techniques.
