Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

  • Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
  • Improve usability and customer experience based on data and feedback
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs
  • Utilize AI tools to support design ideation, prototyping, and user research

Graphic Design

  • Create visual content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
  • Design branding materials (logos, presentations, brochures, etc.)
  • Maintain consistency of brand identity across all platforms
  • Produce high-quality visuals for ads and digital campaigns
  • Leverage AI tools for faster content creation, enhancement, and ideation

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads)
  • Manage social media platforms and content calendars
  • Monitor performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions)
  • Optimize campaigns based on analytics and insights
  • Support SEO and content marketing initiatives
  • Use AI tools for content generation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, and digital marketing

Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canvabr

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., for design, content creation, and marketing automation)

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Strong creativity and attention to detail
