Technical Requirements
- 1 5 years of experience.
- Mastery of any design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Proficient in creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, and interaction design.
- Ability to conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and feedback loops.
- Skilled in creating responsive and accessible designs for web and mobile.
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS to communicate effectively with developers.
- Experience with version control for design files (e.g., Figma versioning, Git for design assets).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to design challenges.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Experience in motion design and micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie, etc.).
- Understanding of conversion optimization and A/B testing for UX.
- Experience working with Jira or other task management tools.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack, Teams, or Notion.
- Exposure to analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.) for design decisions.
- Knowledge in any business field or industry that could inspire creative solutions.
