Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for both mobile and web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business goals into effective design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and user flows.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs based on user needs and business objectives.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all digital products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design quality.
Present design ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients, articulating design rationale and user-centered thinking.
Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
Analyze user data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize user journeys.
Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards and deliver inclusive experiences for all users.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for both mobile and web platforms.
Proven track record of delivering user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects, including mobile and web applications.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, polished user interfaces.
Willingness to work on-site in a collaborative office environment.
