Job Purpose:

To design clear, attractive user interfaces and smooth user experiences that align with product goals and user needs. The designer works closely with product and development teams to ensure every part of the product delivers top-tier user experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Deeply understand user needs and analyze their behavior using various research tools (interviews, testing, analytics).

Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.

Create interfaces that balance visual appeal with usability.

Collaborate daily with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Test and improve designs based on user feedback and performance data.

Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital interfaces.

Propose design solutions for real usability problems using data and insights.

Prepare and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.

Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Solid understanding of human-centered design principles.

Experience in building and presenting interactive prototypes.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a creative, practical mindset.

Previous experience in SaaS or complex digital products is a plus.

Knowledge of responsive design principles for web and mobile interfaces.
