Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into engaging user experiences.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products.
  • Analyze user feedback and analytics to iterate and improve existing interfaces for enhanced usability and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
  • Present and justify design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback constructively.
  • Support the implementation of designs by providing clear specifications and assets to development teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the IT or software industry.

  • Proven track record of designing user-centric digital products for web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects and design solutions.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, polished user experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.
