Design & User Experience

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides in Figma
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into elegant design solutions

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design choices
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies

• [2-5+] years of experience in UI/UX design
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping features
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
