Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product design for lightweight, fast experiences mobile and web from discovery and flows to polished UI and shipped components. You will use AI tools as a core part of your workflow for ideation, UX design, imagery, video, prototyping, and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Lead discovery (interviews, journey maps, JTBD) and turn insights into simple, intuitive flows.
  • Create IA, wireframes, hi-fi UI, and clickable prototypes optimized for speed and clarity.
  • Establish a lean design system (tokens, components, accessibility) that scales without bloat.
  • Utilize AI tools to design UX/UI and any visual component(s) (prompt patterns, safeguards, feedback loops, empty/error states).
  • Run usability tests and apply AI-assisted synthesis to iterate quickly.
  • Deliver developer-ready specs, support QA, and track impact with lightweight product metrics.
