  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record designing web and mobile applications, preferably in healthcare or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and process.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
