Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to user experience design across multiple products, platforms, and client projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and product owners to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Create personas, user journeys, information architecture, and wireframes to guide the design process.
• Develop interactive prototypes and collaborate with UI designers to ensure alignment with the final visual design.
• Present and communicate design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support the creation of design systems and UX documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Continuously stay updated with emerging UX trends, tools, and design practices.

• Bachelor s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 5 years of professional UX design experience (preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital product environments).
• Proven experience in designing web and mobile interfaces from concept to implementation.
• Strong understanding of UX research, prototyping, and usability testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills able to work effectively with clients, developers, and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in multidisciplinary teams.
