UI UX Designer

You'll be working on new platforms (DAZU - A FinTech) and updating existing platforms (Mindsalike & CONNEX CaseTrack)

You'll be joining a small core team of cross-functional engineers working directly with our founder and be delivering exciting features for the application in a fast-paced demanding environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and interpret user research and competitor analysis
• Create user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
• Conduct usability testing to inform design decisions
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our users
• Develop and test user needs, interaction flows, prototypes and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant
• Prepare and solicit feedback from cross-functional team members or clients for design ideas to internal teams and key stakeholders
• With continuous product ideation and discovery, always seek better options for users with understanding business or compliance constraints

Skills for the Job

• Have 3-5 years of relevant design experience at a technology-based, product-driven company
• Must have a design portfolio demonstrating great UI work with modern design principles for web and mobile apps
• Hands-on designer who is able to create clean, high-fidelity mockups, flows, and prototypes often with ambiguous requirements
• Works with Figma and Adobe XD at minimum, but ideally can also work with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop as needed
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
• Fluent in English & have excellent communication skills
