Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- UI Design: Design visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent brand experience.
- UX Design: Develop user experience strategies, including information architecture, navigation, and interaction design, to enhance usability and accessibility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the implementation of design solutions that meet business and user goals.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve user experience.br>Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our products.br> br>

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and best practices in web and mobile design.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design challenges.
- Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to various stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coding Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.br>
- Experience: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Accessibility: Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
