Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to capture user insights.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement and validate designs.
  • Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and user flows.
  • Conduct usability testing to refine designs and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results.
  • Keep up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Explore new tools and technologies to improve design efficiency and effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) design

  • Design Thinking and User Research skills
  • Prototyping skills
  • Experience in creating user-centric design solutions
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
