Role Overview

The UI/UX Designer will design end-to-end interfaces for patients, providers, and AI agents within a precision health platform. This role is responsible for creating polished Figma designs, interaction prototypes, and scalable UI components that deliver a high-quality user experience. The designer will work closely with engineering to ensure accurate implementation and collaborate across disciplines to translate complex healthcare and AI functionality into intuitive, user-centered interfaces.

Key Responsibilities UI/UX Design & Prototyping

• Design patient, provider, and AI-agent interfaces with a strong focus on user-centered design.

• Deliver high-quality visual designs, interaction prototypes, and design assets in Figma.

• Ensure designs are intuitive, functional, and aligned with brand guidelines and user needs.

Collaboration with Engineering

• Partner with engineering teams to ensure feasibility and accurate implementation of designs.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback from development and product teams.

Product Experience Optimization

• Optimize user experiences for complex healthcare and AI systems.

• Translate complex product features into simple, intuitive user interactions.

Design System & Component Creation

• Develop and maintain a reusable design system for consistent UI across the platform.

• Create scalable UI components for ongoing and future product iterations.

Qualifications Experience

• 4 7 years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web designs.

• Expertise in Figma and proficiency in design systems, UI patterns, and interaction design.

• Strong data visualization design capabilities, especially for healthcare or AI interfaces.

• Ability to iterate quickly and collaborate closely with engineering.

• Experience with complex systems such as health, AI, and dashboards is a plus.

• Familiarity with design-to-code AI tools is preferred.

• Experience designing consumer-facing applications with a focus on accessibility and usability is preferred.

• Knowledge of mobile-first design principles, especially for healthcare apps, is preferred.
