Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
* Develop original, user-centered designs from concept to execution
* Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals with precision
* Build and maintain design systems for consistency across products
* Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
* Anticipate needs and propose fresh, innovative design solutions
* Stay updated on UI/UX trends, accessibility, and user behavior insights
* Ensure all designs are distinct, research-backed, and aligned with objectives
* Present and justify design choices with clear, strategic thinking
* Accept feedback openly, iterating while maintaining originality
* Contribute to the agency s creative vision and process improvements

Requirements
* Bachelor s degree in UI/UX, Web Design, or a related field
* 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in a leading agency or company
* Strong portfolio showcasing customized and user-focused digital experiences (not template-based)
* Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard tools such as Adobe (XD, photoshop, illustrator,)
* Ability to conduct research and generate fresh, non-derivative ideas
* Strong grasp of UX principles, accessibility, and usability best practices
* Critical thinking skills to translate insights into impactful designs
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Detail-oriented, ensuring consistency and high execution standards
* Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and user experience
