UI/UX Designer

Mighty Apps is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing development and design team. You'll work closely with developers to create intuitive and visually compelling user experiences across our digital products. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our product strategy while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications from concept to final hand-off
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics data
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Strong proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving skills
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and development constraints
• Experience with user research methodologies
• Experience in agile/scrum environments
