UI/UX Designer

Desired profile:
Training

Bac+5 / Engineering degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, UX/UI, Design, or equivalent.
Experience
Design and produce wireframes, prototypes and interactive mock-ups to define fluid and efficient user journeys.
Create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces adapted to different web and mobile devices.
Conduct user tests, analyze the results and propose improvements focused on the user experience.
Working closely with development teams to ensure faithful integration of designs.
Ensure visual consistency, accessibility and adherence to UX/UI standards across all projects.
Technical skills
Proficiency in the main design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin.
Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS to facilitate communication with development teams.
Excellent UI/UX Design practice, including wireframing and prototyping.
Experience in Design Systems, Design Thinking and User Research.
Mastery of Responsive Design, the Mobile First approach and accessibility standards.
Skills in Interaction Design, Visual Design and User Testing to optimize the end-to-end user experience.
Main missions
Participate in the design and optimization of digital interfaces, taking into account user needs and business objectives.
Design responsive interfaces, ensuring an optimal experience on desktop, tablet and mobile.
Apply the principles of UX, ergonomics and accessibility to improve the quality and performance of digital products.
Ensure smooth communication with developers through a good understanding of HTML/CSS basics.
Contribute to the visual and functional quality of deliverables by using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.
