Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the user-centered design process, ensuring all projects prioritize user needs and business goals, from conceptualization to execution.

  • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, fostering a collaborative environment, and providing guidance on design best practices and industry trends.

  • Conduct user research, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews, to gather insights and inform design decisions, ensuring data-driven design.

  • Create and maintain design systems and style guides, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all products and platforms, creating a unified brand experience.

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions, bringing ideas to life.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of design into the development process, fostering strong cross-functional relationships.

  • Oversee the design of responsive and accessible interfaces, ensuring inclusivity and optimal user experience across all devices and users, championing accessibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred for a strong foundational understanding.
  • 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, demonstrating a robust portfolio showcasing real-world projects and user-centric designs.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision is essential for creating effective prototypes and mockups.
  • Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, enabling better collaboration with developers.
