UI/UX Developer TASC Outsourcing

About the Role: We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will design and implement user interfaces and experiences that delight users, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and engaging digital products. Responsibilities: Develop user interface designs, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive UX solutions Ensure consistency of UI elements and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital products Create and maintain design systems, component libraries and style guides Provide developers with detailed design specifications, assets and guidance during implementation Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in UI/UX design Required Qualifications: 2 to 7 years of professional experience in UI Design and UX Design Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture and interaction design Experience conducting user research, creating personas and performing usability testing Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and real-world project outcomes
