UI/UX Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for customer-facing telecom and fintech mobile applications
• Create intuitive dashboards for internal users (network operations, customer service, fraud monitoring)
• Design mobile money interfaces, payment flows, and financial service applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Conduct user research and usability testing with telecom and fintech customers
• Develop and maintain design systems for telecom and fintech product consistency
• Design data visualizations for Power BI reports and operational dashboards
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and work across diverse devices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work and design process
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience designing for data-heavy applications and dashboards
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing mobile banking, payment, or telecom applications
• Understanding of financial services UX patterns and security considerations
• Experience designing for emerging markets and diverse user bases
• Knowledge of Power BI report design and custom themes
