Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming smile and assist with check-in/check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage guest inquiries and requests, promptly addressing concerns and providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Handle reservation management, including booking, modification, and cancellation of rooms, utilizing hotel software efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standards and guest needs are met.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a secondary education diploma or equivalent.
- Holds relevant hospitality certifications (e.g., hospitality management certificate) is a plus.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Nationality preference: Ukrainian citizen or eligible to work in Ukraine.
