Desired Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience (Bachelor s) or 3 years experience (Master s) in Clinical Applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support, or similar roles.
- Experience in hospital or clinical environments and familiarity with healthcare technology systems and workflow optimization.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to deliver training, support application implementation, and optimize clinical operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and collaborative communication style
- Excellence in stakeholder, cross-functional and key opinion leader management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel as required.
- High professionalism, leadership capability, and commitment to quality and patient safety.
