Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duration: 01 October 2025 01 October 2026

Type: Part-time (approx. 20 hours/week)

Perform laboratory-based experimental tests related to geotechnical materials.

Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of test results.

Conduct literature reviews to support experimental and analytical aspects of the research.

Participate in the modification of testing procedures as needed.

Investigate and propose alternative materials or testing methods relevant to project goals.

Carry out additional research-related tasks as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in civil engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Oryx University graduates will be given priority.

Strong interest in geotechnical engineering and laboratory-based research.

Basic knowledge of soil mechanics and material testing methods is desirable.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute to a research team.

Good communication and analytical skills.
