Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert haircuts and styling services tailored to children of all ages and genders, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.
- Offer specialized services like braids, fun styles, and character-themed cuts to cater to kids' preferences and current trends.
- Consult with parents and children to understand desired styles and needs, offering professional recommendations based on hair type and face shape.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, including disinfecting tools and equipment after each use, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Recommend and sell hair care products suitable for children's hair, educating parents on proper maintenance and styling techniques.
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for children, using friendly communication, playful interactions, and age-appropriate entertainment.
- Stay updated on the latest haircutting techniques, styling trends, and product innovations through continuous learning and professional development.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist with salon operations, including inventory management, salon cleanliness, and supporting other team members as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a hairstylist, providing a proven track record of skills and expertise.
- No specific nationality preference is required, as the role values diversity and inclusivity.
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Expertise in haircutting, styling, braiding, and other relevant hair services, showcasing technical proficiency.
