Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage all unit operations.
- To define and implement the local strategy
- Supervise the teams and provide them with guidance
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Managing the budget and optimizing costs
- Maintain relationships with partners and clients
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards
- Identify development opportunities
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree +4 / Bachelor's degree +5 (management, business administration, engineering or equivalent)
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent team management skills
- Organizational skills and results-oriented
