Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Define the strategic and operational objectives of the unit.
- Supervise the teams and coordinate the different departments.
- Control production, quality and compliance with standards.
- Manage the unit's budget and resources.
- Participate in decision-making and reporting to general management.
- Implement performance indicators and monitor their achievement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac +5 in management, management or relevant field.
Experience of at least 5 years in a management position.
Leadership, organizational skills and decision-making.
Ability to travel nationally required.
