Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitors the attendance and departure of the sales representatives and supervisors.

Increasing the unit's sales by assisting the investor in expanding the business volume (increasing the number of sales representatives raising targets).

Supervises and trains the Retail Sales Supervisors.

Monitors the achievement of the daily/monthly sales target for the distribution unit and initiate plans for the continuous improvement.

Prepare and provides the daily reports.

Monitoring the correct activation of the handheld device in the distribution units.

Desired Candidate Profile

Academic and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or an equivalent.

Experience:
5-8 years of relevant experience in sales, including at least 5 years in positions with a career progression.
