Roles & Responsibilities

The Unit Horeca Manager will drive business growth, monitor market trends, and ensure optimal service delivery to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations within the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, and Caf ) unit.
  • Managing customer relationships.
  • Mentoring and training staff.
  • Coordinating with vendors.
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proficiency in Communication with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.

  • Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
  • preferred knowledge in the Hospitality management practices.
  • Previous experience in FMCG sector is preferred.
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions and inspire team development.
  • Proven organizational and leadership skills to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in Horeca sector management is a Must.
