Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Unit Horeca Manager will drive business growth, monitor market trends, and ensure optimal service delivery to meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations within the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, and Caf ) unit.
- Managing customer relationships.
- Mentoring and training staff.
- Coordinating with vendors.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proficiency in Communication with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- preferred knowledge in the Hospitality management practices.
- Previous experience in FMCG sector is preferred.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions and inspire team development.
- Proven organizational and leadership skills to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in Horeca sector management is a Must.
