Lead the unit sales team to execute the sales plan, achieve the sales volume, market execution and customer service objectives through effective leadership.

What you will do in your role

• Responsible for communicating volume forecasts and leading the execution of business plans.
• Work frequently with Supervisors & Reps (at all levels of the trade) to understand and fulfil customer s needs.
• Take a proactive leadership role in selling to customers, anticipating, and resolving emerging problems.
• Provide timely and accurate communication between field, distribution, and accounting.
• Analyze monthly the unit results, action plans, and update RSM with progress through a monthly report.
• Provide ongoing coaching to all supervisors within the unit and ensure they are properly trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.
• Reports competitive activities to the Area Sales Manager
• Train and develop the sales team to raise the managerial skill standards to set them ready for promotion.
• Put in place the optimal unit structure that leads to best productivity results.
• Ensure annual evaluations are conducted at 100% of Supervisors & Sales Reps.
• Complying with the Company s Credit/Cash Policy
• Submit reports concerning:
• Volume Results
• In-store business results (Distribution, Visibility, Shelving, Pricing)
• Customers' feedback
• Improving routes productivity KPIs for all routes within your territory
