Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and support Line Supervisors across production units
Ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of production targets
Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance with safety standards
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse departments
Train, guide, and evaluate production teams
Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or beverage industry
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Experience supervising Line Supervisors and production teams
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of production planning, quality, safety, and operational efficiency
