Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Define and organize strategies for managing the flow and inventory of raw materials, finished or semi-finished products from procurement to shipping to customers with a constant objective of optimizing the cost/quality/time ratio
Lead the unit's Industrial and Commercial Plan (PIC) (led by the UO Manager)
Analyze and validate the scenarios proposed for the Production Master Program (PDP)
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the departments attached to it (purchasing, supplies, store management, management of internal and external flows)
Allocate human and material resources according to the needs of the UO
Coordinate information flows between internal and external contacts (forecasts, monitoring of achievements, etc.)
Constantly seek the best compromise between cost/quality/time in logistics choices
Ensure proper store management, particularly through stock accuracy indicators
Detect and analyze problems related to transport or internal logistics and implement appropriate solutions
Analyze the activity's performance indicators
Lead the management routines of your department and participate in those of the UO Management Committee
Participate in and lead improvement projects
