Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated UPS After-Sales Service Engineer/Technician to join our technical support team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation & Commissioning: Supervise and execute the installation, testing, and commissioning of single-phase and three-phase UPS & STS systems at client sites.

  • Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) services, including battery health checks, thermal imaging, and firmware updates.

  • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software faults on UPS & STS systems .

  • Emergency Support: Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls to minimize client downtime.

  • SOCOMEC experience is preferred

  • NOC is required
