Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of UPS Systems.

Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.

Respond to customer service calls and provide timely and effective solutions.

Coordinate with the sales team and customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate recommendations.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of installed systems to ensure optimal performance.

Provide technical training to customers and end-users on the operation and maintenance of UPS Systems.

Generate detailed service reports and documentation for each service visit.

Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for product improvements and customer satisfaction enhancement.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to UPS Systems.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate records of service activities, including spare parts usage and inventory management.

Provide excellent customer service, address customer concerns, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Travel to customer sites within the UAE as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education Level: Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering Or Diploma with minimum 3 years of Experience in Electrical and Electronics Products

Experience: Minimum One Year in Electrical and Electronics Field

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Engineer in the field of UPS Systems.

Strong technical knowledge of UPS Systems and their components.

Familiarity with electrical systems and equipment.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid Oman driving license is an advantage.

Diploma or degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is preferred.
