Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly desirable.
experience in 8 to 12 years in urban design or related roles.
- Lead and manage a team of urban designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the design process.
- Oversee the development of concept designs, ensuring they align with project objectives, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate urban design elements into overall project plans.
Conduct site analysis and research to gather relevant data and information for informed design decisions.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including visualizations and presentations, to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage design reviews, ensuring constructive feedback is incorporated into the design process.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
