Perform advanced GIS analyses (e.g., network analysis, land use optimization, encroachment checks, accessibility studies, infrastructure impact assessments)

Use geospatial modelling techniques to identify patterns, trends, and risks that inform planning and development strategies.

Prepare geospatial reports, studies, and presentations to support executive decision-making and authority submissions.

Provide analytical outputs in clear, actionable formats (maps, dashboards, models) for internal teams and stakeholders.

Develop high-quality maps, dashboards, and thematic layers to visualize land ownership, master plans, infrastructure networks, and satellite imagery.

Create scenario-based visualizations to support strategic planning and operational reviews.

Analyse land ownership, residual plots, gifted lands, volumetric subdivisions, and master community areas.

Support reconciliation of land-related data with authority records (DLD, DM, DDA).

Conduct spatial analysis of infrastructure datasets (utilities, transportation, environment) and satellite imagery.

Provide monitoring insights through change detection, spatial trend analysis, and infrastructure performance assessments.

Work closely with planners, engineers, surveyors, legal, and finance teams to provide geospatial insights that enhance project delivery.

Support management with ad-hoc geospatial analysis and strategic recommendations.

Ensure analytical outputs meet accuracy, reliability, and quality standards.

Provide clear documentation of methodologies, assumptions, and results for reference and audit purposes
