Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Urban Planner Engineer to join our team in Sin El Fil. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in urban planning, landscape design, and the preparation of cross-sectional drawings.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare master plans, zoning layouts, and land-use strategies
- Design and detail landscape layouts and cross sections
- Conduct site and spatial analysis
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and visual presentations
- Ensure compliance with planning regulations and design standards
Requirements:
- Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related engineering field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign
-Strong ability to produce cross sections and landscape plans
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with local planning laws and zoning regulations
