Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and support urban planning and policy advisory projects for large-scale and city-wide developments.

Develop and review masterplans, urban strategies, and land-use plans.

Provide strategic planning recommendations to clients (government entities, developers, and stakeholders).

Advise on urban policies, regulations, zoning, and development guidelines.

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including authorities, consultants,developers to ensure project alignment.

Prepare planning reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.

Support decision-making processes at strategic and policy levels.

Integrate sustainability and smart city concepts into urban planning projects.

Utilize GIS and spatial analysis tools to support planning activities.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, planning standards, and development frameworks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field

10 min. years of experience in urban planning and policy advisory

Proven experience in large-scale / city-wide developments

Experience working in PMC / consultancy environments.

Strong background in master planning and urban strategy development

Experience in policy frameworks, regulations, and zoning guidelines

Exposure to infrastructure-related or large-scale developments
