Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and oversee all rig site operations on assigned wells.
Ensure full compliance with Company safety standards.
Act as the main liaison between company and rig contractor.
Monitor contractor performance and enforce contract terms.
Coordinate timely delivery of equipment and materials.
Approve daily operations reports and maintain rig performance.
Ensure proper maintenance and BOP testing as per company standards.
Collaborate with engineers to apply modern drilling techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

Thirteen (13) years of relevant experience in drilling and workover operations, including supervisory experience, typically gained through progressive roles on drilling or workover rigs.
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in drilling and workover operations, including adequate supervisory experience on a drilling or workover rig.
Willingness to live in remote areas and mobile camps.

Previous experience supervising land drilling and/or workover rigs.
Strong knowledge of drilling safety, well control, and rig operations.
Familiarity with company standards is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
