Mandatory Experience: Candidates must have experience in Steel Plants / Iron / Foundry / construction materials / Manufacturing. � Role Overview As a Sales Manager (Cut & Bend Steel Rebar), you’ll lead business development and sales operations, driving revenue growth and building long-term partnerships with developers, contractors, and consultants across the UAE. � Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets. • Drive business development and market expansion across the construction industry. • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key industry players. • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed goals. • Oversee quotation, negotiation, and contract closure processes. • Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to stay ahead. • Collaborate with production, logistics, and engineering teams for seamless delivery. • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

� Requirements • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Steel / Iron / Foundry / Manufacturing industries. • Proven track record in sales of steel products or construction materials. • Strong knowledge of cut & bend rebar processes and technical drawings. • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. • UAE market experience and client network preferred. • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage. • Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
