Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage conditions of the urinary tract and male reproductive organs

  • Perform urological procedures and surgeries when required
  • Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Provide patient counseling, education, and post-treatment care
  • Collaborate with other medical specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow medical protocols
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in urology and implement best practices

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a specialization in Urology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing urologist
  • Strong diagnostic and surgical skills in urology, including experience with endoscopic and minimally invasive procedures
  • Proven ability to manage complex urological cases and emergencies
  • Familiarity with latest urological technologies and treatment protocols
  • Valid Kuwaiti medical license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Good command of English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly to patients
  • Comfortable speaking in videos for social media and educational content
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with current urology research and best practices
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary medical team
  • Strong ethical standards and respect for patient confidentiality and privacy
