Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a specialized service provider with a proven track record in usability, service design, and customer journey management. The provider will support us in evaluating, improving, and redesigning user experiences to ensure services are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with customer needs.
The selected partner will bring expertise in human-centered design and experience strategy, delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and streamline service delivery across multiple touchpoints.

Desired Candidate Profile

Conduct usability assessments and research to identify improvement areas.
Design and implement service design frameworks that align with business objectives.
Map and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across physical and digital channels.
Provide insights and recommendations based on usability testing and customer feedback.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical and measurable.
Deliver final reports, frameworks, and recommendations that can be implemented effectively.
