Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing meaningful and intuitive user experiences across digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into elegant, functional design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Design intuitive user experiences aligned with product and business objectives
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Create and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and UX documentation
- Validate designs through usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure consistency and accessibility across platforms and products
- Advocate for user-centered design best practices across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and problem-solving
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Solid understanding of usability principles and accessibility standards
- Experience working with software or digital products
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment

Desired Candidate Profile
