Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Business Monitoring & Goal Management: Own and maintain the user-side KPI system; build and continuously optimize weekly/monthly performance monitoring frameworks to track progress against business targets.

2. Strategic Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth studies on key business challenges using data analysis, user research, and market studies; deliver clear strategy.

3. Operations Strategy Support: Partner with operations teams to design, analyze, and evaluate user-side initiatives including subsidies, campaigns, and traffic strategies; drive A/B testing and iterative optimization.

4. Data Product Management: Manage internal data product requests (dashboards, data extraction, user tagging); coordinate with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-quality data infrastructure.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 3+ years of experience in internet, consulting, or related industries, with a background in operations, data science, or business analytics.

2. Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving skills; able to present work clearly and persuasively.

3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proactive in driving cross-functional alignment.

4. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

5. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools; experience with dashboards or data visualization is a plus.

6. Native-level Arabic proficiency required, with strong English communication skills.

7. Deep understanding of Saudi consumer behavior, local culture, and market dynamics.
