Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Utilities Technician will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of utility equipment and facility systems. This role requires hands-on experience across plumbing, piping, mechanical, and electrical tasks to ensure continuous and efficient operation of utilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular maintenance of utility equipment and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, piping, mechanical, and electrical components.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failures and downtime.
  • Inspect utility systems and ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment status.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance-related requests.

Requirements

  • Experience in conducting maintenance of various utility equipment.
  • Strong knowledge in:
    • Plumbing systems
    • Piping systems
    • Mechanical maintenance
    • Basic electrical tasks
  • Ability to perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
  • Good understanding of safety procedures related to utility operations.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
