Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled employees in either operations or maintenance while maintaining high degree of quality and safety standards.

  • Ensure housekeeping of the assigned work areas to the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the company following 5S principles and instructions.

  • Provide appropriate tools to the crew members

  • Hold, lift, fetch and move parts/materials as directed.

  • Perform tasks entrusted according to the expected performance level following safety regulations and work procedure.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum Qualifications:

    • Schooling and reasonable English.

    Minimum Experience:

    • Two-year experience in performing physical work and/or semi-skilled jobs preferably in an industrial environment.

    Skills:

    • Ability to understand simple instructions (oral or written) and request clarifications (if needed) in English.

    • Physically strong & agile to perform laborious tasks.

    • Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions

    • Basic numeracy skills

    • Knowledge of maintenance tools
