JOB PURPOSE: To carryout repetitive, highly specific and precisely defined tasks under close & continuous supervision. To operate tools and record information as instructed. To assist skilled employees in the assigned area across the plant. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Assist skilled employees in either operations or maintenance while maintaining high degree of quality and safety standards. * Ensure housekeeping of the assigned work areas to the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the company following 5S principles and instructions. * Provide appropriate tools to the crew members * Hold, lift, fetch and move parts/materials as directed. * Perform tasks entrusted according to the expected performance level following safety regulations and work procedure. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Minimum Qualifications: * Schooling and reasonable English.?
